Why Texas?

This is a question we have received from several people and here’s our story.

Northwest Technologies has been in business since 1999 and, while we are not new in the industry, we have more recently begun looking at how to be more efficient and still provide what our customers have come to expect and need. A few years ago, Northwest Technologies began a journey to learn how to use our MRP system well to help us provide better service to our customers. Throughout this learning process, we achieved an on-time delivery of 98% while maintaining the highest quality product. Our new system quickly created opportunity for growth, especially outside the Pacific Northwest market. We recognized the rising costs of shipping to our customers throughout the US, so we sought out opening another location in a more central US region. After several months of research and planning, we landed in Fort Worth, Texas. We offer laser cutting, forming, fabrication, and powder coating for OEMs, all under one roof. We are committed to providing the same level of quality, on-time delivery, and service in Texas as we do in Oregon.
